Apple Ipod Nano Not Connecting To Computer

Connecting my Nucleus Nano to a v-mount battery has significantly increased the ease at which it can spin a focus wheel. It's a good option til I can afford one of the pricier follow focus units and helps keep my rig clean.

I use this for my electric guitar pedals that have USB on them for connecting to my computer.
