Apple Laptop Charger Macbook 2007

Every time I bring my MacBook to work, I always have to bring the original little white Apple adapter, plug it in back and forth to home-work, work-home... Well, those days are over. Now, I can leave the Xcellon 100W USB-C Universal AC Adapter permanently on my desk at work while the original Apple charger is stored in the laptop's case to take it anywhere else. The original Apple charger is only 30 watts, which I also used it for other USB-C PD devices, but the Xcellon for being 100 watts, is much better. It will deliver intelligently up to 100 watts to whatever device that needs that much current, like a bigger laptop or an V-Mount battery and will also safely charge my MacBook to only supplying the appropriate current it needs. Nothing more. That's what PD means: "Power Delivery". Very happy with it, it does what it's supposed to and now I have two ways to charge my laptop. Also, it features a built-In Circuit Protection Circuitry, and if you live in a country that is 220 volts, the charger automatically switches to the appropriate wattage (110/220), no problem. When you buy a MacBook Pro it comes in exceptionally nice sturdy packaging. The packaging is meant to not only hold the laptop firmly and safely in place it also holds the wall charger as well as an extension cord for the wall charger designed for a standard 3-prong wall socket. With this Pelican case you can remove the appropriate foam within the Pelican case in order to set the MacBook Pro packaging (i.e. the box the computer comes in) right in the center of the case. See attached pictures. Fits perfectly and with just the Apple packaging showing in the foam it looks ultra professional. Yet everything is sitting in the packaging as it comes from Apple. No need to cut out multiple pieces of foam in order for the laptop and included items. Simply cut out a rectangular chunk the size of the Apple packaging and you're good to go!! Sure it's only a case but I love it! I take excellent care of what I own and the laptop gets carried around every day and there is no worry about damaging it any longer. Combine the above by making the purchase through B&H and you're ready to travel without fear.

Plugged it in with an old 2007 MacBook, works as stated. I don't know if it's because of the age of my laptop, but I do also need to run separate audio to my amplifier. The mini-DVI port does not transmit audio.

I use this for photography and design work. It's an upgrade from my 2007 Macbook Pro which was connected to my Eizo monitor. The Mac Pro is a huge improvement. I took out the 3 GB of RAM and put in 24. Also added two 1 TB Barracudas. Will be upgrading to CS5.5, but even with CS3, Photoshop is really fast. And now Aperture actually works. It's very quiet. You just hear a kind of hum which I guess are the fans. I love all the ports that are available on this machine. The connectivity on the laptop left much to be desired. Will still have to get a laptop for traveling, but it's so much more convenient to have a desktop again for day-to-day work.

I am very pleased with my Canon Battery Charger. My Camera was bought in 2007. When my charger was damaged due to no fault of its own, I did not have much hope of there being another available. A Canon agent suggested I contact B&H which I did. Two days later, with no shipping charge I received my charger. My camera is still in good condition, I can purchase a new battery from B&H for a minimal charge and I have a new charger. Needless to say, I am happy!

A must have for an Apple laptop. This is the 2nd MacBook I have purchased a B&H AppleCare Protection plan. A good B&H value.

Bought my daughter her first laptop. I figured the Apple Care would be good insurance for her Macbook. It will make things better IF something happens.
