Apple Laptop Macbook Pro 2021

I bought this for my new Apple MacBook Pro 16.2 M1 Series 2021 Laptop. The computer is slightly thicker than my Apple MacBook Pro 15.4 Mid 2014 laptop. My Mid 2014 fits perfectly but the new 16 M1 2021 will fit but the tension on the zipper is more than what I am comfortable with. I will use it with my 15 when I want to go in style or incognito. I do think it is a piece of art in a way. I really hate for it to get scuffed up using it but I do take care of my stuff. I've used another brand of harder case for my 15 and had to get the same brand for my 16 not knowing when I ordered this that one was available. I will NOT be returning this because it is just too nice and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Again: You 16 will fit but it is a very tight squeeze that I feel might make the zipper give out prematurely for some people that do not take excessive care of their property. Otherwise its feel and look are unique and exclusive. Great way to hide your goods in a bookcase if needed.

I've been using a 2021 MacBook pro with an external monitor and regular keyboard for about a year now. I bought this Touch ID keyboard recently to avoid having to reach up on my laptop stand to use the laptop's TID sensor. I was happy to see that the new keyboard didn't require an further setup after pairing. TID just started working from the get go. The extended number pad is also very useful. Battery life is fantastic - I didn't have to recharge until a few days had passed.

Why, oh why do I have to be an Apple fanboy? It's so unattractive. But look. As a MacBook Pro user who has his laptop hooked up to a monitor, I do need an external keyboard. After Apple ditched the wired version, I refused to indulge them on their wireless shenanigans, and went for a third party product. Big surprise: It's not as good. Not as expensive, for sure, but saving forty dollars is not a bargain if you're constantly unhappy. And keys that won't respond, or are in the SLIGHTLY wrong position, or don't give your fingertips the right feedback, are like a pebble in your shoe. Gotta spring for the real deal. So far, it's still running on its first charge, so I can't even really complain about the wireless thing. You win again, evil empire.

When you buy a MacBook Pro it comes in exceptionally nice sturdy packaging. The packaging is meant to not only hold the laptop firmly and safely in place it also holds the wall charger as well as an extension cord for the wall charger designed for a standard 3-prong wall socket. With this Pelican case you can remove the appropriate foam within the Pelican case in order to set the MacBook Pro packaging (i.e. the box the computer comes in) right in the center of the case. See attached pictures. Fits perfectly and with just the Apple packaging showing in the foam it looks ultra professional. Yet everything is sitting in the packaging as it comes from Apple. No need to cut out multiple pieces of foam in order for the laptop and included items. Simply cut out a rectangular chunk the size of the Apple packaging and you're good to go!! Sure it's only a case but I love it! I take excellent care of what I own and the laptop gets carried around every day and there is no worry about damaging it any longer. This laptop stand is the perfect compliment to any MacBook Pro when it's being used on a desk. I'm using it with Apple Pro Apps all day, and having my MacBook Pro elevated helps keep everything running cool. The elevated screen also makes viewing more comfortable.
