Just installed this drive in an old 2008 MacBook Pro. We all know a 7-year old computer is considered ancient, but not with this drive! SSD has to be one of the most important improvement to personal computing in recent years and this drive is excellent. It's very, very light and a breeze to install. The computer is so much more responsive and usable and with 1TB, I don't need to carry around an external drive. It almost feels like a band new computer.
