I have been in the market for a new MacBook for years, but the past few updates have been lackluster. Finally Apple put it all together in the 2023 MacBook Pro. Powerful computing with the M2 Pro, multiple I/O including USB-C and SD card slot, and 2 x 4K display support. Not too mention the keyboard feels great and the front facing speakers are a huge step up from the Macbook Air. 5 |

It is positioned at a ninety-degree angle to a very large east-facing window, and the standard glass performs brilliantly for me, without glare or annoying reflections. Installed this SSD in my late 2013 MacBook Pro. Needed to install in the computer then install the original Apple SSD in the OWC carrier. Then boot holding the option key. This booted the computer with the Apple SSD. Then used OWC recommended carbon copy to clone the OWCSSD. This worked great. It’s been three weeks and all is good. It’s great that OWC have a five year warranty on this drive. 5 |
