once i kicked it up to 72 of memory , non Apple memory ,,,i am not that stupid...the machine is amazing. The only great computer Apple now makes until the new Imac comes out which i understand might force one to buy Apple memory which will make it too expensive for most people.

Upgrading to 5 stars. Turns out the problem is that Apple shipped my computer with memory modules that run at 2133 instead of 2400 even though they are labelled 2400. So they won't work with actual 2400 speed memory. If you have the problem that the iMac won't start with added memory, google the micron part number and check the specs. Don't believe the pc2400 printed on the chip! The Crucial tech support people figured this out and they were SUPER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and i run a small business so we always need extra space to save contracts. This has been a life saver. Its very easy to use. As soon as i inserted the sd card into my computer it popped up immediately that it was recognized and working. I have been able to take our contracts, permits, and other important paperwork and carry it with me on such a small device. Its very convenient. I can pop the memory card into my husbands computer and upload everything off of it that he needs to take with him that day. We also saved some pictures of our daughter and our doggies to the Samsung Memory Card. I feel better knowing if something happens i have it saved as a back up. Plus 256g is a lot of storage. I still have so much room left to put other things on the card. Its easily removable to put into other electronics such as our security cameras. This card can do it all and is a life saver. I would definitely recommend the Samsung Memory Card!

This memory card writes fast. I can get 100 shots off my Sony a7ii before it buffers. The card is thicker than a normal sd card but fits in the camera snug. Transferring files onto the computer seemed a little slow but that’s probably more to my older card reader and computer. Hopefully I won’t have to test out the card’s shock, and water resistance anytime soon

The memory card accepts images quickly in-camera and downloads them quickly to the computer. What more can you ask for except reliability which early limited use cannot show?

Many choices out there for a back up SSD card. You probably don't actually need a card as fast as the internal memory on your new computer but here it is, fast as blazes. I chose a 4tb card because I have filled up the earlier hard drives. Good advice is to get bigger than you think you need because you eventually will need it. This one is fast and silent and there is never any pause in your workflow waiting for the disk to spin up. Such a little card for so much memory! Love it.

SO when I received this card by Samsung I was ready to be underwhelmed. However this memory card was amazing! Super easy to use and compatible with all my devices. The adapter made it super easy to plug into my computer to upload and edit content. The transfer time was fast and smooth. I love the adapter so I don't have to lift up my computer to fumble with the tiny card. This was plug and go. This was a hit in my household so much that my son and husband they want their own.

Made it easy to plug memory card into back of computer without going around to the back. Not a life-changing product, but worth the money, for sure.
