This adapter is helpful if you have an older car stereo system, you can charge and play music at the same time!

I bought one blue one and then I wasn't satisfied with one and had to buy another one for stereo. I play my movies, YouTube and Apple Tunes everywhere I go.

I got 4 of these to replace 3 Sonos speakers and one sound bar on my TV.  (1 in the kitchen, 1 in the dining room and 2 combined as a stereo pair under the television). Comparing the sound to the Sonos play:1 speakers, they are quite a bit better.  I can hear much more bass and the sound is more omnidirectional.  The integration to my Apple ecosystem is much nicer that the Sonos app as well.  I have apple music; the combo with the homepods is just super.  I basically use Siri to play or find whatever I want to listen to.  It took me some fiddling around over a couple days to completely figure out how to use airplay to play music from each particular homepod.  Now that I learned how to do it, it works very well.  Playing the TV sound through the paired speakers works out well too.  Sometimes the AppleTV sound output changes from homepod to HDMI all on its own for some reason.  When that happens I have to switch it back manually.  Probably some fine tuning by Apple needs to be done in this area.  I will probably buy more to make stereo pairs in every room as they sound even better this way.  By the way I also replaced an Amazon Echo with these in the process.  The microphones on these pick up our voice better than the echo.

We had an older large Bluetooth single unit of a name brand purchased in 2018 for a large 700 sq. ft. room. Unfortunately we realized two years later that what was really needed were two speakers to fill the room. The manufacturer had discontinued production of that model unit. We went comparing larger wireless speaker units that would pair and produce true stereo sound. We settled on two Sonos Five units and were extremely pleased with the set up and sound delivery using Apple Play. Only one phone need download the Sonos App, that took us through the various steps to activate the two units in stereo and assign them room name. After that, any family member simply used Air Play on our Apple devices for music. Great bass (no separate woofer necessary) and crystal clear hi fidelity to deliver great sound in true stereo. A great system for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the moment, there are very few USB-A to USB-C cables that will move data, i.e, will work with Apple Car Play. Right now, it's looks like Apple's, which is more expensive, and this one. Note that it is USB 2.0, which transfers data at a top speed of 480 Mbps, which is enough for Car Play. Note also this cable supports standard charging up to 15W.
