Apple Portable Charger Not Charging

This charger looks and feels like a very high-quality item.  I have no issues charging my Apple iPhone 11, Watch (5th gen) and AirPods Pro.  I had previously purchased this same item in white for my wife.  She has been using for several months now with no issues.  The only minor complaint I have is with the watch magnet, which while sufficient could be slightly stronger.  There are many cheaper options out there, but given the value of my three devices, I wouldn’t risk purchasing a knock-off product from an unknown Chinese company.

I love that I can plug two devices in at once and still be able to have the fast charging capability. It is larger than a typical iPhone charging block but that does not bother me.

I was previously using an apple charging cable that eventually broke, so i was so glad to receive this from influenster. It is very long and durable, and charges my devices sooo fast. We bought this more as a portable charger, but it was much bigger then expected. We also have quad chargers which are flat and really a smaller profile overall (but 4 charging ports were overkill). After traveling with this unit (flying) we were happy with the weight and it was pack-able enough. The handle is molded in and it feels as one complete unit, solid enough for the road and air. So overall we're really pleased with how strong the unit is and the performance is exactly what we expected - excellent. Nice digital readouts with charging info. A solid purchase.

I'm very happy that with any new piece of portable lighting or camera, I am able to add one of these to my charger. It makes battery charging neat and handy.

I mainly use one at my desk when not charging and using headphones when not using bluetooth. I also have one with my portable battery charger just in case. I’ve never had a problem using Apple lightning earpods and charging at the same time.
