Apple Private Browsing Mode

This is an excellent monitor. I have it mounted in portrait mode and connected to a mini PC for web browsing, email, and PDF viewing.

I had no idea such a tool existed until browsing thru B&H.

We need to keep personal information private and this privacy filter does great.

Great projector so far. With my bose 900, you have your private theater.

I installed this SSD in a mid-2012 Macbook Pro 13" version 9,2 model. Wow! I became a big fan of SSD drives with my new iMac and the MacBook was looking so pokey in comparison. Now my MacBook has new life, amazingly faster performance. It's the best speed upgrade I have ever experienced with a product. I'm running High Sierra on this book with no glitches. Has 16 gb ram. I highly recommend this especially because new Macbooks are so pricey and Apple has taken away ports I use in the new models, such as Ethernet, DVD drive, Firewire. It's a new machine again. Just be aware you will want to partition the drive with the new Apple APFS as it will not work with GUID. I then migrated my software with Apple migration assistant with only minor glitches to some software icons. Those I fixed by booting in safe mode, then back to normal mode.

I've had the Smart Camera for about almost a week now and so far we are loving it. We got it mainly to use as a baby monitor, we we came across this one when researching for a video baby monitor; it's really neat that this is a home security camera with a baby monitor mode, so if we ever go on holidays or when our child gets older we can repurpose it. We were hesitant to get it at first, as I have found very few reviews about this product being used as a baby monitor, since it is a newer feature. We went ahead and ordered it because of the features and cost and glad we did! It arrived within a few days and was super easy to set up, including connecting to my Apple home network for Apple HomeKit Secure Video (nice being able to view the camera on the Home app, and even on Apple TV). The baby mode of the camera seems to work really well - the continuous audio function works well to be able to listen to the audio from the camera even when we close out of the app to open a different one or to lock the phone. Haven't used it yet but the activity zones or recording when there's motion seem to be good features. One thing that would be nice on it would be a built in thermometer/humidity reading like many other baby monitors have (I know ecobee has a thermostat and sensors, but living in an apartment don't want to buy the sensors if the thermostat won't be a good investment here).

I use this dock station to connect to Apple Mini-2013 with Thunderbolt 2 port. The Apple Thunderbolt 3 - 2 adapter will be required. I also connect the main Bootable external SSD disk to this Dock station USB-C Gen 2 port. The read/write speed is better than the Mini USB 3.0 port. It is small enough to place on the computer table everywhere. It has a smart sleep mode when the Mini went to sleep mode. I will recommend this dock station for older or newest model type of Apple laptops or desktops for additional Thunderbolt/External display/USB port/Audio connection usage. It fits for Apple computers have (Thunderbolt/Thunderbolt 2 - with Apple Adapter)/Thunderbolt 3 port. I am very happy with this NEW dock station.

Fits the Apple Studio Display in portrait mode. Sturdy material and stays in position. Nice and minimal look. For Apple Studio Display, you must rotate the display clockwise (the camera end up on the right) in order for the software to pick up the rotation. What?!

This is my 1st BenQ monitor (full disclosure). Was not sure if this BenQ would live up to the hype but I have been pleased so far. Buying this exact monitor again after B&H's Rosh Hashana Holiday Closing. Using with 10-core CPU/ 32-core GPU Mac Studio and love the combination. Speakers are superior to the built-in Mac Studio speakers. Initially considered it over the Apple Studio Display due to price (over 50% less) and bang for buck features. This monitor does not have web cam like Apple Studio Display but built in mic has strong clarity and fidelity. I have also used with PS5 in 120Hz mode (for compatible games) and it delivered. PVP FPS feel very responsive, a noticeable improvement and more submersed when compared to 60Hz mode. I can spend more time going into all features but may not do this monitor justice. See images of LED back-side enhancements (cool ambience) . Provided photos of screen to show level of glare and comparison between multiple applications. Screen brightness isn't the best compared to others but works for my residential office setup; no complaints with blinds open and ceiling fan light on. Hope this was helpful
