Apple Refurbished Ipd

I purchased a refurbished 15 Macbook Pro from Apple and did not get the Apple Care warranty with the computer. This place has the best price and saved me $100 on the agreement price. It registered with no issues. I can tell you that it is rare that Apple stuff goes bad but when it does, you will be glad you got this. I am not sure how BH does it, but glad they do. If I am ever in the market for a new Macbook in the future, I will shop here first.

I have had problems using binoculars w/o stabilization... in fact, I didn't even know about this until watching the Blue Angels from a friend's home where they had these binoculars. I was quite impressed and immediately bought a pair. When looking through the eyepiece, it is necessary to look straight through as any angle of view will offset the image such that it has black around part of it. Under normal circumstances, this is not an issue. But in my case, my interpupillary distance (IPD) is 55 mm. The binoculars have a minimum IPD of 55 mm (as per the enclosed manual), or maybe 56 mm (as per the web site). It was difficult to ascertain the best way adjust them. Contrary to the manual, I had to fully extend the eye cups and use them only with my glasses on. I have to accept this and am getting used to the fact that I can't use them as comfortably as I'd like. I found that all other Fujinon binoculars had the same minimum IPD. My wife does not have this issue and she is very pleased with these. That aside, my hands are not as steady at my age as they used to be and the stabilization makes binoculars usable again.

Hyper clarity is an apt name for these binoculars. Clear images with no vignetting or chromatic aberration at any focus. The focus knob is a joy to use with 3-1/2 turns from closest focus to infinity. Two features I require are long eye relief and small IPD. It’s hard to find quality 8x42 binoculars with 57 mm IPD. The eyepiece and diopter adjustments are sufficiently stiff to stay put. I think the minimum focus is actually a bit closer than the advertised 2 m. The 8 degree FOV makes it easy to keep track of a flying bird or one jumping about in a tree. The design and materials of this binocular are top quality. The 28 oz weight may be a drawback for some but I find it helps me maintain a steady view. The strap is well cushioned and comfortable. Lens covers, eyecups, and case are all good. The magnetic closure case has no strap of it’s own and no room for accessories. This is not a problem for me. It was a rare clear February night in Portland yesterday and I enjoyed gazing at a waxing crescent moon and Jupiter. My principle use will be birding and I’m looking forward to spring in the PNW.

Purchased refurbished, looks brand new.

I had debated whether to go for the refurbished instead of new but decided it was worth it to save almost $300. The fact it was Nikon Refurbished and therefore has a Nikon Warranty means the extra warranty protection from my credit card should also apply. Well I got my camera and except for the fact that it wasn't in the pretty gold box, it looks jut like new - My first picture was shutter activation #1! I am very happy about my purchase and am having fun learning about all of the new features compared to my old D90. I took a group picture at my Rotary Club meeting using the Nikon SnapBridge and was even able to adjust the exposure to compensate for backlighting.

Bought a refurbished one and not a mark on it . One shot zero works a advertised!

Looks to me like brand new even though I bought it refurbished. All functions work OK.
