While searching for a particular download I incidentally ran into some adware on my MacBook Pro. I called Apple Care and was amazed at the attention and dedication I received from the help rep. I'm new to Apple computers but learned a great deal with the help of the rep at Apple Care. To anyone looking to purchase a MacBook or any other Apple product, purchasing Apple Care is a must have. Hopefully I want have to use it too often, but if I do I know I'll get the very best Apple has to offer. 5 |

My 2015 MacBook Pro died. We talked to a rep and he thought the problem was the battery. After watching a YouTube video for instruction, it took my husband about 1-1/2 hours to take out the old battery, clean the inside of the computer, and put the new battery in. As it turned out, the problem was actually that I needed a new power cable. But I got a new battery in the process. As always, B&H shipped promptly, with the battery actually arriving one day sooner than expected. 5 |

I purchased the MacBook Pro after consultation with a B&H rep. He recommended this laptop for digital photography. I recently returned from a Colorado Photo Workshop with hundreds of images. Viewing the images on the MacBook Pro are a treat. Resolution, etc is fantastic. I couldn't be happier!! 5 |
