I always get Applecare Plus and I had a phone returned to me because the screen cracked ! Apple did replaced the broken screen! They assessed the situation first and said it could not be fixed. They sent a new replacement iPhone 6S to me!! I always suggest friends buy the Applecare Plus when buying a new Apple iPhone or any Apple device !! I haver used Apple products since 2005 and haves had great results!! 5 |

My Android phone cable frayed and was about to break. I replaced with the Pearstone 6' USB cable. Should have replaced it long ago. Those short cables included with your phone are of such poor quality and way too short. This is an excellent cable! 5 |

This product was easy to register and use. My 90 day phone support was up and I needed help from Apple. After registering I called Apple with my problem. All together I spent about 2 hours on the phone with Apple support. They helped me track down my problem in the Library and delete certain files that were causing my problem. I am fairly computer literate but could not have done it by myself. 5 |

My Apple TV Gottfried in a lightening strike and I needed something to screen share one app (MiLB) that ONLY works with iPhone and screen share. This cord did the trick. I can plug my phone into my TV to watch minor league baseball (and anything else!) from my phone to my TV. 5 |

My wifes I phone 5 watt wall wort bit the dust. Cant say it was an Apple as the text was microscopic on the plug side and no logo anywhere. Reading some reviews decided to go with the 12 watt and its not much larger but substantially heavier than the deceased. Like the retractible blades because its neater, and she intends to pack it away. She likes it so much she wants a spare for travel use. 5 |
