Bought my first Flashboss from B&H and it had a broken piece in the battery compartment. B&H replaced it without a problem and paid for the return shipping. I ordered the same items from Amazon three times, and every time it came with broken parts. They did allow me to return them free of charge. The problem was that Amazon simply pack them in the package boxes. But I did like the unit due to the price. I decided to order one for the last time from B & H, wow, it came in wood frame. It was in perfect shape and works well so far. 5 |

Replaced a broken iPad. B&H as always fast shipping great price, happy customer. IPad, what can I say. Family is fully entrenched in Apple products, iPhones, iPads, iMac. Apple, great products & support but pricey. Use iPad for internet, mail & book reading. Gonna look into Apple Watch next. 5 |

Under AppleCare+, when you take your iPad into an Apple Store for repair, they will either repair or replace it on the spot. In the case of a broken screen (which is what I have had in most instances), they will charge a relatively small deductible, and voila, in short order, you either will have a repaired device (if that is possible) or a new one. 5 |

Yes, I've dropped my Apple iPhone and broken it. And I've broken an iPad too. AppleCare+ is great because they will quickly ship a replacement if needed! And they are there to help you anytime you need it. I know from experience. 5 |
