[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not happy when Apple got rid of the headphone jack, and held on to my old iPhone as long as I could. Eventually, I wanted to update my phone to a newer version, which meant losing the headphone jack. That means I had to choose between charging or music, but this little piece of technology has fixed that! Now I can charge my phone and play music through my aux at the same time. Under AppleCare+, when you take your iPad into an Apple Store for repair, they will either repair or replace it on the spot. In the case of a broken screen (which is what I have had in most instances), they will charge a relatively small deductible, and voila, in short order, you either will have a repaired device (if that is possible) or a new one. 5 |
