I use this to connect a hard drive to my computer. I get 735mbps read with it. Some of Apple's cables have been poorly constructed in the past. This one is great!! 5 |

This drive only works on newer Apple Computers. I had to purchase another DVD/CDW drive to work on my old iMac G-5 to replace the worn out drive built in the computer; I was lucky that B&H had that drive and it works fine. I had no problems with the Apple USB SuperDrive on my new computer and will keep when I replace the newer computer (7 years old now) as the new iMacs do not have a built in drive. 5 |

I think I found a hard Drive that works with my apple computer without buying extra cables. I’ll go and take some pictures and see if I can export and import than edit without it degrading the photo. So far it looks great. 5 |
