Apple Technical Computing

Don't go without. Over the past decade Apple has help me out with several technical problems.

t his lives up to my past with Apple, from 1985 and beyond. This again for a great product and the next level of Pro line of computing,

Apple already provides top-notch customer care; however, AppleCare provide one extra layer for peace of mind. I also own the new Aluminum iMac's and have never had to cash in on the AppleCare (knock on wood); however, the peace of mind knowing that if a time comes, I'll be taken care of pays for itself....it's why Apple is the forefront in computing technology and has revolutionized so many aspects of the computing arena.

This is the third generation of the Mac mini that I have used in my design and printing business. Apple packs a lot of computing power into a small package. It’s great to be able to re-use keyboards and monitors. Set-up is easy if you are familiar with the Mac environment. Performance is noticeably quicker than my older machines. Unfortunately, the basic operating system has expanded to include everything from grocery lists to cloud storage to location snooping. I don’t need any of these services and it took some time to turn them off and stop annoying messages. Apple should also remove Mail and Safari from the OS so they can be updated independently.

I use this workstation for all of my computing needs and it's a beast. I love the attention to detail that Apple give their systems. It is so quiet yet so powerful especially after I added 2 more gigs of Ram and another internal drive.

If you own an Apple product you need this! Apple technical support is amazing! They can fix just about anything! Good buy!

Apple technical support is as good as or better than any others I have experienced. I buy AppleCare with all my Apple products and have quite a few of them. I purchase AppleCare, not because the product fails frequently, but rather because the advisors can help solve problems that have more to do with my not knowing how to do something with the Apple product. Downside is that AppleCare is TOO expensive.

I use Spotify Connect, and it works well other than some technical issues such as queueing that I encounter with other Connect devices as well. My wife, however, uses Apple Music, and the experience there is less than perfect. It sometimes takes hours for her library changes in Apple Music to show up in the Sonos app. Airplay support would be a game changer for us.

Solid quality. Super technical support from Apple to get it set up and to migrate from my previous Windows computer. Learning the Apple way but Apple makes it easy to switch. Computer is a delight to operate and work on.
