Apple Thunderbolt 2 To Usb C Cable

This cable makes super-fast data transfers. I hooked it up to my Xcellon M2NS USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 M.2 SSD Enclosure and was very impressed with the speeds it provided. This cable and an M.2 drive are a match made in heaven and give blazing speeds. It also rated for 8k or dual 4k monitor support which is fantastic. Another nice plus is it is rated to handle 240w power delivery so it can be used to charge or power most accessories (laptops, peripherals etc.). This cable is definitely future proof and ready for whatever you throw at it, including the ability to daisy chain up to 6 additional devices. It is designed to work with Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, and USB-C so it is very versatile. The build quality is also fantastic. Cable feels great and is flexible but still sturdy. The Apple Thunderbolt Cable worked perfectly for my streaming setup which included a Nikon D750 going out to a Blackmajic Ultra Mini Recorder to my Apple iMac. The cable is long enough to run the cable from the camera as it’s mounted on a tripod in the center of my studio.

Notice how Apple stopped selling their Thunderbolt Pro cable? I have one. It stopped working after a year. This Cable is solid. Hasn't failed me (yet).

Excellent cable for my Thunderbolt 4 ports as well as other USB-C ports, as it's backwards compatible. Bought several lengths.

I use this dock station to connect to Apple Mini-2013 with Thunderbolt 2 port. The Apple Thunderbolt 3 - 2 adapter will be required. I also connect the main Bootable external SSD disk to this Dock station USB-C Gen 2 port. The read/write speed is better than the Mini USB 3.0 port. It is small enough to place on the computer table everywhere. It has a smart sleep mode when the Mini went to sleep mode. I will recommend this dock station for older or newest model type of Apple laptops or desktops for additional Thunderbolt/External display/USB port/Audio connection usage. It fits for Apple computers have (Thunderbolt/Thunderbolt 2 - with Apple Adapter)/Thunderbolt 3 port. I am very happy with this NEW dock station.

Out of the box coupled with a Thunderbolt Rocketstor and Excellon USB 3.0 enclosure using Apple Migration assistant, I was up and going in about one hour. The speed increase is considerable if you are running VMWare or doing audio recording.

Purchased the Sony Reader worked fine with the USB connection to a powered hub, not sure if it would work straight into the computer. The sonnet worked using the Apple adapter Male USB-c to Thunderbolt 2 Female attached to an Apple Thunderbolt 2 cable Males on each end one plugged int the Apple Adapter and the other end plugged into the Mac with has Thunderbolt 2 input.

Great module as one would expect from BMD but be advised this is not backwards compatible with anything other than Thunderbolt 3; no not even with a Apple Thunderbolt 2 to 3 conversion cable.

Works great. It's an Apple product, and it's pretty much the only way to be sure that you're ordering a Thunderbolt 2 cable in the mini-DisplayPort form factor. I needed to connect two old MacBook Airs, and this made it possible.

When I saw Belkin was the same price as Apple’s thunderbolt 3 cable, it was a no brainer—you can’t go wrong with Apple adapters or cables. Size seems to be limited when it comes to data and TB3 chords. The $129 Apple TB3 cable seems way over priced, but the 2 standard sizes are solid, a decent price in comparison and Apple CService is top notch, just NOT as good as B&H, of course.
