This is a great product. Far better than *any* of the competition. I bought a Roku Ultra a while back, and now regret it. It’s a piece of junk by comparison. “You never get more than what you pay for.” Apple charges exorbitant prices for everything; no doubt about that. But if you want a top-of-the-line streaming device, this is it. (When you buy it from B&H, you also save $5 off retail. And if you use their Payboo, you have the option for an instant sales tax discount. It doesn’t get better than that!) Missing from most descriptions is that the higher priced Apple TV 4K (the one with Gigabit Ethernet & 128GB) also supports thread networking. The more automation you have in your home, the more you’ll appreciate having that feature. Lastly, even though it doesn’t include a dedicated chip, it can support the AV1 CODEC. (Roku and others do not.) I have my own Plex server, using an old 2012 Mac Mini. Works great with Apple TV 4K! I wish I could say the same for Roku, or the other cheap streaming stuff out there. I now own three of these—one for each TV in my home. Even if you have a recent TV with Android built-in, this is WAY BETTER! Now all my TVs have the same interface, making things so much simpler. Changes made to one can automatically appear on others, if you want. Wow! 5 |

We had just changed to AT&T U-verse for Internet and land-line phone via their fibre-optic connection. Within a week of the switch we suffered a (grid) power failure. Result: no phone or Internet! Not wanting that to happen again we bought this UPS system. It was very easy to connect and when tested (unplugged from the grid) it provided 4 hours of phone access (w/o computer being on) or more than an hour of combined phone and computer access. We feel more secure with this addition to our household! 5 |

Let me start by saying I'm 57 years old and have zero experience with tech other than knowing how to type and use my Apple computer for the most basic of things. With that said, I must use reading glasses every time I use it, even though I have the largest Apple monitor available. Everything for me has changed since I bought the Quest Pro. Now not only can I use a computer without reading glasses by simply putting on the very comfortable Quest Pro, it has turned my Apple computer into a mega (META) computer! I simply clicked the free Horizon Workplace app and followed the super easy instructions on how to sync my Apple computer with the Quest Pro. With Horizon's Workroom, I can now surf the web on 3 huge monitors in the most beautiful virtual office imaginable (an immaculate office surrounded by windows over looking a beautiful serene lake and hills covered in trees. There's even a beautiful fireplace behind me, an accurate clock on the wall, and more). I can go on more about Horizons Workroom but there is so much more to rave about the Quest Pro! I thought I had life good watching TV from my huge (and expensive) 85" Samsung TV. Since buying the Quest Pro, I choose to watch TV on the Quest Pro on the Netflix, Amazon Prime app, & YouTube VR apps. You have to try it to believe it. It's like watching a movie in my own private luxury movie Theater! There is so much more I can talk about but this review is getting too long so I'll end it with saying the META Quest Pro has truly changed my life! 5 |

I'm delighted with the Apple USB SuperDrive. My newer Mac doesn't have a DVD slot, but the SuperDrive makes it really easy to add. Once added, the drive restores the ability to read or write DVDs again. 5 |

Since I got my recent computer in 2013, I've been trying to get an output to my TV using the normal composite output, which the video card sadly doesn't have. (Although S-Video is an option for my TV as well, it sometimes doesn't detect it properly.) After having tried 3 other VGA to composite scan converters, I thought I would try this Gefen scaler and use the HDMI output on my video card. And it seems I made the right choice at last! While the previous scan converters suffered with a somewhat stuttery PAL output, the Gefen scaler isn't really all that bad at it. It is a little bit stuttery here and there, but nothing to get in a fuss about. When I watched a TV show using it, it wasn't noticeable at all. The image quality is pretty fine, and like it promised, it gives you a choice of resolutions. You'd probably want to stick to about 1024 768 pixels to read stuff from your computer, or otherwise it gets too tiny for your television. I tried both the S-Video and composite outputs, and they were both very good. I also tried it with my XBOX 360, and it worked fine with that too. The underscan setting is just right for my TV, if you want to get the whole image on your screen without anything cropped. It was nice to see that the power supply works from 100 to 240 V, and it also came with a set of Australian style pins, which I was happy to use! (It also had USA, British and possibly European ones too.) The metal case seems rugged and the screw in style HDMI plug is a good idea to keep it from being pulled out. All in all, it seems very well made, and it looks pretty nice as well. 5 |

My Apple Desktop Computer runs macOS operating system software that has recently been updated to 64 bits. My Epson Perfection V850 Pro scanner ran on a 32 bit application. It was very easy for me to go to the Epson website and have my scanner software revised to a 64 bit application. And free. Hooray! 5 |

My Macbook Pro is my first Apple computer and I wanted to make sure that i took care of my investment. So, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. I haven't had to use it yet but it gives me peace of mind in case I do. It was also an easy process to install. I did it in less than 10 mins. 5 |
