i received this light as a freebie on another purchase the battery was dead on arrival I at first was disappointed due to this fact I replaced the battery and wow for a single cell light with an AAA battery it works well. It does get warm if left on for extended periods of time. I have put it on my key ring and find myself using it a lot. 5 |

I ordered 4 of these recently to populate a Sabio DM4 RAID. Unfortunately, one was dead on arrival. B&H customer service handled the situation well, and I remain a happy customer. Four of them create a 6TB Level 5 RAID, giving me some growing room for photoshop files. 5 |

Ordered 2 drives, 1 of which was unfortunately dead on arrival (more an indication of shipping than anything else). B&H was excellent with handling the replacement and I received a working replacement very quickly without any fuss. Stores a ridiculous amount of data, will definitely be getting more as older drives fail. 100hrs into service life, with a 5 year warranty it’s hard to see the downside. Works in my NAS, even though not technically supported at the moment. 5 |
