Well built and accurate with a very informative instructional DVD. Watch the DVD before you try to use the cutter, then watch it again. As with many other crafts measure twice and hopefully you will only have to cut once. Make sure you have a level sturdy surface that is large enough to support the cutter and the overhang of the mat boards. Comes with production stops for multiple repeat cuts. 5 |
