Apple Wired Keyboard Usb Extension Cable

So much better than the Apple wired keyboard I had before.

It works just like my wired Apple keyboard, but without the added clutter of the cable.  And space gray is cool.

I was using a wireless keyboard at the limits of its range. So I got this USB extension cable to get the wireless keyboard USB dongle closer to where I was using the keyboard (about half the distance). So far it's been working great. However, I haven't tried any USB device that requires power, so I don't know how well it would work with those devices.

I needed to extend a Midi USB output from my keyboard to an iPad and type B USB extension cable was the only option. I wish there was a longer cable but this one will do. It works very well.

Authentic Apple short keyboard which we are using as a wired keyboard not the bluetooth option. It would be cool if it included the powered USB outlets the older wired keyboard had, but, this keyboard is perfect for my wife at her standing desk where she has less space for the full size keyboard with numberpad which she never uses. Fast service as always.

works well with my Mac mini M1- my old wired apple keyboard and the new Mac mini did not like each other so I was forced to buy new keyboard - no regrets works like a champ.

I purchased this keyboard because I use the numeric keypad frequently in my work. Apple no longer sells the wired keyboard with numeric keypad. Only the wireless one which is a lot more expensive. This one is very nice! It looks just like the apple one. I am very pleased with this purchase!

If you not a fan or just over use your keyboard like me, I find that a wired keyboard is the best thing for me. I purchased this keyboard since Apple doesn't supply them anymore and I'm not disappointed in its performance. As a big typist, I need something that will work with any issues of batteries dying, Bluetooth issue or anything else. It just works. Have bought several of them for my other Mac's as well. Very happy.

I purchased my iPad Air with the Apple Magic Keyboard. That keyboard is great for stationary use of the iPad (for sheer typing, it is better than the ZAGG and comes with a trackpad. However, I did not feel at all comfortable placing the iPad in a backpack with the Magic Keyboard; it did not protect the sides and the Apple Pencil was only secured by the charging magnet (it always came off during transport). With the ZAGG, the iPad is much more protected, and it secures the pencil to the case while also charging. The iPad can remain in the case, while either removed from the keyboard or reversed for use as a tablet. The Keyboard has a USB-C charging port, so an additional cord is not necessary (if only Apple would upgrade the iPhone to an USB-C…). It also holds a very long charge. If you travel a lot or frequently move your iPad, I highly recommend this keyboard.

This USB 2.0 Active Extension Cable comes as two 16' cables NOT one 32 cable. ......I hooked the two cables together connected my Nikon D200 to my laptop and it worked perfect. A 15MB photo downloaded in two seconds. As it turns out I'm glade it comes as a two cables.
