The Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard with Numeric Keypad has improved my productivity considerably. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and having the benefit of a numeric keyboard attached is great.

The Apple Magic Wireless Keyboard w/ Numeric Keypad is one of the best keyboards I have owned. It is very slim and feels reminiscent of the MacBook Pro I used to own. I love having the numeric keypad off to the side, as I use it a lot. Battery life is amazing. When I first got this one, I had forgotten to turn it off at the end of the day and left it on for a few days straight.....only to find that it still has battery life left. It charges quickly, with the included cable, and syncs automatically without requiring you to go through the normal steps like you would bluetooth ear buds or something. The only thing I wish the keyboard had - that it doesn't have - is backlit keys. I'm sure there is an aftermarket option somewhere that would offer the backlit keys, but this one fit my budget and is a very solid keyboard.

The Apple Wireless Keyboard is a convenient way of saving the use my keyboard on my Mac Book pro. I also love the grey steel color because it matches my computer. It truly makes a fashion statement. I bought the keyboard to save the use of my computer keyboard.

This is the wireless keyboard that Apple should have made. This keyboard by Matais is exceptionally well made and works GREAT; I LOVE IT !

I have been hunting around for a new keyboard because I wanted to have a spare since Apple no longer makes the aluminum keyboard (yes you can still find them), but I also was interested in retiring the KVM I had been using. I knew choosing a keyboard was going to be very difficult because I am ridiculously picky. I looked at a number of mechanical keyboards, some costing upward of $200 plus. A friend was also looking for a replacement keyboard for his Logitech that died. We had chatted about the Matias and he ended up purchasing one. He absolutely loved it, so I decided to give it a go as well. Yes, it really is about as close to the Aluminum Apple keyboard (wired) you can get. The keys are slightly lighter (requires less pressure to actuate), but the keys feel nice. I had no problems pairing the keyboard with several Macs and an iPhone. I suspect I could connect the keyboard to my KVM with a BT module and have eight devices, but that would be silly, but tempting. :) Overall, this is a very nice keyboard, but of course, choosing a keyboard is really personal, so your millage may vary.
