With a generous 45-inch reach and multiple tension adjustability, this armature certainly works for me. This replaces my OC White black and gold Elite, which is very good in itself. Unfortunately, the 29-inch reach was a bit too restricting for my taste. Each arm of the boom has three positions for spring tension. The lower arm is factory set at the lowest tension mark whereas the upper extension is preset to the middle mark. With the Electro-Voice RE20 with accompanying shock mount, the factory settings are perfect. Since I really liked the 15-inch riser from my previous O.C. White arm, I ordered that item as an accessory. At the time of this review B&H doesn't offer this item (SKU# 14250-B). It provides excellent clearance over my other desk items while keeping the apex of the armature joint well above my 27-inch display. BTW: The B&H photo is inaccurate in that it shows a base (table) mount. This item comes just as a boom arm with no mount, so you will have to order the mount of your choice. Anyway, I highly recommended this armature for the quality-geek, or discriminating user.

I bought several of these APC P7GB SurgeArrest Essential 120V 7-Outlet Surge Protector (4', White) on special because I shoot in open buildings that may not have the best electrical service. I value my equipment and wanted the extra added security of the features this product offers. The energy saving feature is attractive too. I will buy more for home use.

Excellent sounding studio monitors. There exists some white noise when the monitors are plugged into the outlet, so factor this into diligence (quick online search should return what I'm referring to). Does not bother me but others have complained.

Promptly after removing this item from it's well styled yet understated white box I put it straight to work. Carefully inserting one end into an electrical outlet conveniently located in a wall near by. And the other end into my mount that was unfortunately set up about 3 & 1/2 inches to far from said outlet to reach with the length of cord provided with the device. Provided you don't get the AC and DC ends mixed up the device should work well for you.

We have had a Roku for at least 4 years and still enjoy all we can watch. Great little appliance.

Factory made ink is always going to be the best... You might be able to get ink cheaper, but... it's cheaper!!! I'm tired of cheaper printing and now just use factory ink...
