Applying Computer Settings Slow Windows 2008 R2

Out of the box using 10G hardware, I was getting slow speeds that were far below even 1G. After some troubleshooting, applying the latest firmware (1.1.0.20220128 for me) immediately did the trick and I now experience what is reasonable for a 10G connection. I am a fan of QNAP products, and this has delivered the goods as well.

This is my second Mac Mini. I upgraded from a 2008 model that served me well for years, but eventually became too slow. This is a great value in Apple's lineup. All of the processing power of a Macbook, without the price. It has a very small footprint and is whisper quiet.

My 2008 iMac had been running pretty slow with newer operating systems. It had only 2GB of RAM and I was close to getting a new computer, but decided to increase the memory before making that decision. My old iMac runs much faster now after a $20 4GB Memory from B&H and about 10 minutes to install. I expect to get another couple of years of use out of it now.

I was using the R2 trigger and it worked flawlessly, then I purchased the ad400 and needed to be able to change my settings to above 128th this did the trick

I upgraded to this Mac Pro from a 2008 Mac Pro. I am a professional photographer, and this new computer has given me a significant boost in productivity in Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. It was extremely easy to set up, is compact, powerful, and very cool. Some complain about the lack of slots, but honestly, with all of the power already packed into it, I do not miss it. Combined with an external RAID, it is amazing how quiet and efficient it feels. This model is a good compromise between power and price.

Just installed this drive in an old 2008 MacBook Pro. We all know a 7-year old computer is considered ancient, but not with this drive! SSD has to be one of the most important improvement to personal computing in recent years and this drive is excellent. It's very, very light and a breeze to install. The computer is so much more responsive and usable and with 1TB, I don't need to carry around an external drive. It almost feels like a band new computer. This is a much cheaper and very effective option than buying a new computer. I highly recommend! B&H shipped very fast!

Great software to start with. Does not make the computer slow.

I could not upgrade the firmware from Godox through my windows 10. So after a computer professional looked over the situation said that Windows 10 would not recognize the upgrade due to the time Godox wrote the firmware upgrade. He used Windows 7 and the firmware upgrade worked.
