Apps That Work With Quickbooks Online

Bought it mainly as computer monitor, but also use its online streaming features. the online apps come up quickly and load content instantly, Mounted easily to my Ergotron display arm, and like having a mouse like control for the UI.

Easy to setup, many apps, and a lot if information online on how to improve it. Able to do alot of functions through google assistant. B&H was great to work with.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I use it for archiving photographs and it seems to work well and without fuss - no software apps popping up when they are not wanted, for example.

Im using these with the old Totas and they work perfectly.  B&H had the very best price available online.

Future proofed my 8 year old tv. Apps work as stated. No issues so far.

Great product, works exactly as described. Your choice of apps (paid or free) work on this. Only concern is the zelcro on the mirror... Hoping it lasts and holds...

As someone who wasn't sure how I was going to like printing from my phone rather than typing on a physical keyboard...well... I have to say I can't believe I waited so long. This little label maker is wonderful! The apps for the phone definitely have a learning curve, but when you get the perfect label and are able to save it, it's pure joy. The labels come out sharp, the battery life is excellent, it's quick and quiet, and it fits nicely in a small camera bag. They do make cases it specifically, but I live all the pockets a camera bag offers. I have not had any jams. The machine recognized which tape I have in it and sends that information right to the app. The apps offer many more options for label styles and you can see the label right on your phone before you print. The tape is not cheap but it is durable and has stuck wonderfully to every shelf at work. I work at a car dealership in the parts department and it is a dusty and oily environment. The price of the labels is worth it. This is a great little printer that was worth every penny.
