My computer front ports stopped working with a Windows 10 update, and I could not get them to work again. But my rear 3.1 ports were working fine. So I saw this little unit, and bought it at B&H's low price. It's plug and play, and functions perfectly. I plugged it into a rear port, and double-sided taped it to the computer top. It has a power button that once turned on, never has to be used again. Turn the computer off, turn it on again, and the hub powers up with the computer. Perfect, and an easy fix! I can high-speed transfer to my USB sticks again! 5 |

I recently upgraded the OS on an old Windows laptop from Win 7 to Win 8.1. After the update, I found that the SD card reader in the laptop no longer worked. A BIOS and/or driver update was needed, which the manufacturer no longer supported. This SD to USB reader came to the rescue! Transfer speed is excellent. It is also fully compatible with my UHS-I SD cards and USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports. Highly recommended and five stars! 5 |

I replaced a 2018 laptop moving up to 4TB mostly for image data. The new M3 CPU is fast. The transition was easy - used a backup to bring everything over - easy. Only one issue which is that I use Windows 10 with Parallels. WIndows 10 is not supported with M3 chip. Recommendatiopn - upgrade to Windows11 before transitioning. Save your self a lot of trouble. New laptop exceeds expectations, highly recommended. 5 |

I reviewed this product on April 02,2018 about the issue with draining the battery. With my permission, the manufacturer contacted me and did investigation. It turned out it is the issue with the specific batch. Now the manufacturer has fixed the issue for me. The battery pack is now working like a charm.
