I used this for the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse in the US and it worked perfectly. Using f/32, 1/30th second shutter speed, ISO 125 with a 200 mm, I was able to get clear shots and even saw sunspots. 5 |

I bought this extender to use at the April 2024 solar eclipse. I tried it with my 55-250 telephoto and took some white light solar photos for sunspots. It works fine. I did not use autofocus because manual operation is preferred for astrophotography. 5 |
