I had a minor issue where it'll print randomly when I would slightly touch the print, but that issue was fixed with a reset. Love the product for keeping memories. 5 |

I previously wrote a three star review because I couldn't get the app to see the tubes, after some investigating, you must reset the bluetooth on the tube light itself. Do this by pressing and holding all three buttons until the tube blinks blue. After that, I could get the app to see all four. So perhaps when you get them, first thing you do is reset the bluetooth on all four and you will save yourself a few hours of frustration! 5 |
