Arcade Machine Skeleton Key

I have an arcade machine with over 30,000 games on it. It tears up normal hard drives, makes them run super hot and slow. I have had several hard drives go up on me because it is trying to access to much date. This SSD was expensive but worth every penny. The games run 10 times faster and this hard drive never heats up. If you have a MAME arcade machine this is the answer.

The Dream Machine replaced an Apple Airport in my apartment. It was super easy to get up and running. WiFi speed on my iPhone went from about 100 to over 300 (same as my wired speed). It’s been stable for over a month with no reboots or hiccups. It’s also super cool to be able to analyze your network with the ubiquity iPhone app from anywhere anytime. Highly recommended if you don’t want to spend extra for the separate hardware (cloud key, switch, AP, router) and don’t care about adding ubiquity cameras via Protect on the cloud key gen 3.

Nice machine. I am upgrading from a 2007 15 MP. I like the keyboard.The key stroke response is right on the money. I am not utilizing the Touch Bar to its full capability but it has been helpful. I love the fingerprint feature. Very fast machine, I prefer the 13 size to the 15. The space grey color is very pleasing. The only negative is the charger. I prefer the mag safe. The charge cable is too short and the power block does not have a cord so it must be plugged directly to a receptacle. I have an apple extension cord and a few more cables on order. Nice machine as it should be for the premium price.

I purchased this housing because I had purchased a SportsMyk boom microphone for my GoPro Hero 4 and realized that I needed the skeleton housing in order to use it. After I received it, I tried my GoPro with just the skeleton housing sans SportsMyk, and I realized how great the audio quality is with the housing alone. The only downfall of this housing is of course the fact that it is not waterproof, so if using it for water sports or in rainy conditions, it's advised to use the standard housing provided with the camera. B&H shipped the housing to me ultra fast! I've always been impressed with B&H's web site, product selection, and customer service.

Coupled with an external battery pack and the GoPro skeleton pack plate and you have a winning combination for hours of filming. I filmed a 2.5 hour concert with ease and great results.

If you use a GoPro a lot you will want a skeleton case. This will allow to power the unit with USB power cord for hours of record time and not limit you to that of the life time of the battery. You can access all connections and slots without removing the camera for this case.
