Archive Years In Quickbooks Online

I have been keeping my archive drives in these cases for almost 10 years now and then have been holding up.

I use these to archive 22 years of research. Trustworthy, long-term storage.

I have had good luck with Seagate products over the years, so far none have failed. I bought this one to back-up an archive.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Great for film archive.

For our video archive storage, WD Red Pros are my go-to. In the last six years, I've had the most consistent performance and lowest fail rate compared to any other disk brand. I much prefer these to Seagate Barracuda disks.

I have used this flatbed scanner for 3 years. I use it to scan and archive photos. I am working on a family tree, and am slowly scanning old family photos / portraits to give to my children. **Epson has available new software for the Mac "Catalina" operating system.** I downloaded it to my MacBook, and the scanner continues to work perfectly.
