Are Alienware Laptops Worth It 2017

The Mobile Edge Alienware Vindicator Backpack for 18 Laptop & Gear is everything other reviews said it would be. I did not really want a backpack, I wanted a briefcase style bag, but I cannot seam to find any at good price point with good features that fir the mammoth ROGs. Alienware knocks it out of the park with the Vindicator Series. I want to let you know the actual size of the ASUS ROG G75VW-DS72 laptop. 16.34 x 12.6 x 2.047 thick with a 17.3 diag. screen. All the measurements are exact from the manufacture, verified with a tape measure and tight to the body. The one thing the manufactures do not take into consideration is that the bezels are all different thicknesses, newer laptops are much thinner than their older counterparts, therefor using the screen size as a determining factor is not possible for large format laptops. I took a chance on someone else's review that their ROG laptop fit with room to spare. Look at my pictures and you will actually see it fitting with a little room to spare on the sides and plenty on top. Hope this helps the next person.

Excellent tough back pack-I've owned two of these for carrying around my Alienware 18.4 R1 and R2 laptops-These laptops are heavy bulky and awkward to move around but when set up are very particle just like a desk top. These back packs have held up very-well, no torn stitches or collapsing panels, zippers still look good and work well. I gave one pack to my friend and kept the other to transport my Alienware area 51 R2 and the two large AC power supplies required.

I order this back in September or October of 2016 and finally received it in February 2017. It was worth the wait and I am so glad that I have this now. I use it for controlling the camera and downloading some of the pics to my phone. It excels at all of these and really has enhanced the tools I have for photography. #sweepstakes

I bought this scope in 2017 and have carried it along in my hunting pack in the high mountains of northern NV on 6 hunts. In that time, the scope has covered over 250 miles on foot, spent countless hours glassing, and been dropped onto rocks twice (no worries with the VIP warranty). The scope is still as clear as the day I bought it and as clear as any of the significantly more expensive optics I've looked through. The cons of this piece are few, but should be considered: 1) Weight: This is a heavy piece requiring a heavy tripod. Totally worth it with the huge country I hunt in, but may not be worth it if you typically glass shorter ranges. 2) No Vortex skin is available yet for this scope. VORTEX, PLEASE FIX THIS! Vortex replaced a lens cover that was lost at no cost to me. The quality and durability of this optic, paired with the no questions asked warranty make it the best value in optics today.

Better than expected to be honest. I upgraded from the 2017 Shield pro and the upscaling alone makes it worth the purchase. Additional storage was easy to add, now have 2tb storage . B&H where great to deal with and internation freight was fast with tracking.

I upgraded my 2017 MacBook Pro and it really seems it worth it. This new 2020 Macbook is very fast, has a much better battery and a totally new keyboard. As usual, Apple made a very good job!

I'm upgrading from an i7 dual core macbook pro from 2017, and this is well worth the upgrade. The computer wakes instantly and it is certainly the fastest laptop I have ever used. I've been using it for a few weeks and haven't had any issues downloading or running any programs, and the design is very sleek. I'm also a huge fan of the 120Hz screen refresh rate as well, as it makes the screen much easier to look at for long periods of time!

I have previously owned Shield 2015, 2017, and now this 2019 version. The features in 2019 are well worth it if you have a 4K HDR television set. The 4K-AI powered upscale makes it worth the upgrade alone -- the clarity and crisp details with 1080P content are unbelievable at the default 'medium' settings. Would of bought the Pro version, but I already own the 2015 and 2017 versions. Would definitely recommend and buy again if I needed another.
