Apple care is worth every penny you spend for it. I have had two phones replaced with it. The first one cost me a few dollars because I put it in the washing machine. (forgot to read the cleaning instructions :-( ). The second one was replaced free by apple when I experience hardware problems on my iPhone 6 just as apple care was expiring. Since I had started seeking help for the issues I was having prior to the expiration date of the apple care contract, Apple replaced the phone a few days after the expiration of the contract. Apple care is must have if you ask me. 5 |

I purchased a refurbished 15 Macbook Pro from Apple and did not get the Apple Care warranty with the computer. This place has the best price and saved me $100 on the agreement price. It registered with no issues. I can tell you that it is rare that Apple stuff goes bad but when it does, you will be glad you got this. I am not sure how BH does it, but glad they do. If I am ever in the market for a new Macbook in the future, I will shop here first. 5 |

The best part of apple care is their tech support. i have never seen ANY other company where their tech folks are willing to stay with you as long as it takes to solve your problem. i have an apple computer and on three occasions when i sought tech support they stayed with me on the phone for two hours until someone solved my problem. that's true CARE!!! 5 |
