Are Cr2025 Batteries The Same As Cr2032

I run through a bunch of CR2032 batteries every couple of months. I like these because battery life has been good, and I can buy them at a reasonable price through B&H.

The RAYOVAC CR2032 Lithium Battery (2-Pack) contained two, count-em two CR2032 cells. Absolutely amazing!!. These were purchased as spares, so I have not measured their voltage yet. Presumably, they will produce the rated 3 Volts and will last for 190 to 240 mAh. They are 20 mm in diameter, shiny and light weight and most likely contains some lithium & manganese dioxide so are technically a LiMn02 cells. FYI: They can explode if heated to more than 80 deg. C.

These are wonderful batteries. Aside from the outside wrapper, they seem identical to my genuine eneloop batteries. Same shape, size, weight, even the metal grain pattern is the same. Since they're Made in Japan, and there's only one battery factory, they're probably made exactly the same too. Out of box, they measured 1.29-1.30V -- a sign of quality, low self discharge batteries. Very happy with this purchase so far.

The exact, but obscure, batteries needed for the Nikon FTN light meter. Same voltage as original batteries. I compared light meter reading on the camera with a stand-alone light meter, and they were the same.

I needed these batteries because we were unable to locate the ones we had here. B&H was fast to get them out the door after they were ordered. (Fast meaning SAME day)

Same thing for less money.

Same one that comes on the D90 when you get it.
