[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros -Headphones feel higher quality. It is still made of plastic but the smooth matte finish and feel generally seems higher quality than other headphones that I have in this price range such as the Jabra evolve 2 75. - Setup was really easy using the "HeadPhones" app on android. - Ability to wear headphones while lying on bed. One of the things that I'm unable to do with other headphones is being able to lie back on my bed without the headphones bothering me. These Sony headphones have a angle in such a way that they do not get in the way. - ANC is very good. I have a 1 year old and have the white noise machine on all the time. The ANC works really well at muting ambient sounds on. The ability to choose how much ambient noise comes through is also great. - Some nice quality of life features such as speak to cancel ANC, and also cutting the right ear. - The memory foam around the ear really helps with comforts. Putting on for hours does not hurt. - Sound quality is very good. - Battery life does not drain quickly. Leaving a fully charged headphone around for 2 days, I still saw 99% battery life after starting to use it again. Cons - Microphone quality is poor compared to Jabra which have a boom mic that comes out. Speaking on the phone, my spouse thinks it not as good quality as speaking directly into phone but better than being on speaker phone. - Not waterproof or sweat resistant. This means that they cannot be used outside while raining or during exercising. - A full charge can take a couple of hours. There really should be quicker ways to charge this given the current climate with fast charging phones.

It’s easy to connect and use it works great with my iPhone when connecting it to other 3rd parties headphones like the Jabra Evolve.

Excellent bass, great price. Much better sound than my old Jabra Elite 75t. Doesn't fit quite as well.

I bought the PTZ Pro 2 to replace a Jabra Panacast 50 combination audio/video bar. Because the Jabra's audio capabilities weren't robust enough for the rooms we were using them in, we had replaced the audio portion with Shure Stem Hub tabletop mic/speaker units, which are far superior to the Jabra and scalable. So we were using the Panacast only as a camera. It worked well enough for that, but the Bluetooth remote kept disconnecting in the middle of meetings leaving us unable to control the camera. What I like about the PTZ Pro 2 is that: 1) The remote is infrared so it doesn't randomly disconnect. It does require line-of-sight but that's not a big deal. At least it works very reliably. 2) The PTZ Pro 2 is plug-and-play so there's no opportunity for things to break due to Windows updates or driver updates. You just plug it in and it works. 3) The pan/tilt/zoom is quite smooth. The Jabra was very jerky due to the way it knits together the images from three cameras. Also the optical zoom of the PTZ Pro 2 is excellent. 4) The three presets are very handy and the way the camera smoothly transitions from one preset to another gives a very professional look.

The Jabra EVOLVE 20 UC Stereo Headset is a comfortable fit for a 4 hour shift. The earpieces are soft. The set doesn't bind or press in anywhere. The mic is nicely adjustable and the sound is clear when I am listening and background noise is suppressed; caller didn't even notice my other phone ringing across the room.

We've been using Jabra 410s for USB desktop speaker/mics for awhile. Those only have one mic element inside--these have six, plus some newer audio processing. (We don't use them as speakers, so I can't speak to that.) They do a remarkably good job of picking up people in the fairly large rooms where we have been using them. Well worth the money.
