Are Ocean Breeze Window Air Conditioners Any Good

Excelent product to protect camera from the ocean breeze.

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Arrived right in the delivery window, customer service from B&H is great as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lifesaver especially during the summer when everyone is blasting their fans and air conditioners and risking outages. I’ve had my power go out multiple times in a span of a week and I had enough time to save everything I needed to. The size also helps as my small apartment is already pretty cramped.

The ocean is a flawless blue when I put this filter on. It is a MUST for beach photography or taking pictures through a window.

My friend and family at first thought it was a windo an laffed when thay realized it wasn't. I recommend the tv for anyone that it is within the budget

Bought two of these to use as semi-portable chairs for sitting by the ocean. (The extra height meant we would be looking over the railing, not through it.). They looked good online, but I was really impressed by how solid they were once set up. My wife liked them enough that we are getting a couple of more and turning them into our shore dining chairs. (If she hadn't liked them, plan b was to quit my day job and become a movie director...oh well ;-) )Things to note: 1) Screws for footrest were very hard to unscrew with included hex tool, but not so hard with a real wrench. They went back in more easily. 2) The way the canvas is installed means it is readily replaceable if ever needed. 3) Outside of the footrest, setup was a breeze. 4) Shipping from B&H was a breeze as is generally the case.

Feels like an ocean breeze in a nice summer afternoon. In other words it’s great! Best thing I’ve bought so far.

I used this filter over the weekend at the ocean to protect a new lens. The filter took salty air like a champ, and never distorted the images I got, and I feel a lot more comfortable cleaning a filter than trying to clean my lens after every use!

I took it to the beach to protect my shutter and lens from the sand in the air and from the water and it was amazing. I even got in the pool and ocean with it. My camera stayed protected the entire time I was at the beach and the pictures turned out amazingly.

I've been using this ballhead for years. It's been in the ocean air, dropped on the ground, used in downpours, and covered in dirt. It still looks like new and works as good as the day I bought it. There's two minor complaints I have. One is the drag knob. Sometimes it'll confuse you as to what's making your ballhead unable to move or sometimes you swear the ballhead is secure when it might not be. The other minor complaint is the lever itself. Sometimes it does get in the way when you're trying to tighten/loosen the ball. I would;ve much preferred something like a knob since I feel like it would be just as secure as the other 2 knobs we have on the ballhead already.
