Leica Summicron-M 50mm F2 lens (c.1982) to a new Sony a7R3 body is a good combo for me. Sony body set to "Auto" and up and going right out of the box. An old Kodak +3 close-up (supplementary) lens is a cheap way to get higher magnification with the Summicron. 5 |

Been using many brands of headphones on our spa clients for some 20 years.... older Sennheiser, many Bose, Sony, Panasonic & Audia Technica. These all had decent, good sound but most were open ear, plus all required cords... that we tripped over during the massage service. Finally, these RS 175 solved all the issues - no wires, cords, ear-cups big enough to not bother ears.... and THE SOUND... is like being at a LIVE concert... perfection at last. Batteries & charging stand combo keeps them powered for a long time. We use them for hours all day, 6 days a week. Plus truly blocks outside noise. Plus volume & bass can be adjusted on each set by client if they want. LOVE LOVE them. 5 |

Sound quality is really good, and it's easy to use. Just plugs into usb port. A welcome relief from using headphones for long conversations. 5 |

The microphone itself is pretty good for voicelines, just talking to your friends and almost everything. I would say it is good for singing as well. I found that using it to a computer trough USB requires unplugging and plugging the USB cable back in the PC port every single time you start the computer, otherwise the microphone gets overloaded and makes a terrible sound. I don't know if this is happening only to me since the motherboard of my computer is a little bit old. But I'm considering upgrading to XLR since it will sound much better. The microphone has 2 buttons on the bottom of it for setting the headphones volume level and they work even with the headphones plugged in the computer instead. When you press one of the buttons you get a small overlay on the top left corner of the desktop with the volume level and if you are listening to music, for example on youtube, it allows you to pause the music and also skip the song to the next one if you are listening to it in a playlist. If you are ordering this microphone from Europe though consider that you will pay much, much more than $50. It cost me around $105 dollars to import it in my country with all the transport, VAT and commission taxes trough DHL. 5 |

For the money, this is a great little system. It plugs right into my Windows Vista computer with no issues, and Audacity recognized it without any problem at all. So far I have not had any complaints about the headphones being too quiet like I read in some reviews. But I use small in-ear earbuds, which could make a difference. I also bought this to use as a preamp with my Canon T2i. I have not tried out that functionality yet, but others have had good success. The phantom power works great using USB. Using the 9 volt battery power source added a slight bit of noise to the headphones. I have not tried recording while using the battery to see if it puts noise in the recording signal. I have been using it with an AKG c1000s microphone and have gotten very good results. The phantom power works great! I don't have the power adapter to use it as a standalone box, but having the three power sources available is very convenient. I especially like the USB power option as I primarily bought it for use with my computer. I have been using it as an external sound card and the sound is great out of it. It has stopped working a couple of times, and I had to unplug the USB cable and replug it. I'm not sure if that's my computer's fault or the box's fault. I am very happy with my purchase. It's all I need to basic recording and you really cannot beat the price or the power for the size. 5 |

These headphones are pretty sick. They do a very good job of filtering out external noises. The sound quality is good. They are pretty comfortable, but still, i rest the top towards the back of my head for added comfort. The touch control functions are totally sweet. For some reason the headphones have better bluetooth connectivity with my android phone than my laptop. Definitely get a longer USB cord, such as the Pearstone USB 2.0 Type-C to USB Type-A Charge & Sync Cable (3'). Take it easy 5 |
