If you use rechargeable AA's or AAA's, you should have a decent charger. Most chargers charge in banks of 2 or 4. That means that the battery will be treated the same as its neighbor. Better chargers charge each battery independently of the others. This way, the batteries get what they need. The best chargers give you metering on each battery. I've always had good luck with Watson products. This charger keeps the streak going.

Now I can take my telescope anywhere with this portable rechargeable power supply. It's also helpful with the accessories for emergencies with it's flash light for any roadside emergencies. Perfect length for table array of charging strips and for portable battery banks.  Cables are a bit stiff and tight, and thats good.  Day and night compared with a cheap loose cable, always losing charge.  Theyve all done a great job charging my phone when another cable and cable adapter would not.

Works as advertised...charges quick and lasts a long time. I'm always looking for small power banks to fit in my camera bag and this one is perfect. Light weight and gets the job done. Great for the kids' Switches in the RV too. The only drawback is that you have to remember to turn it on. My other power banks (under 10,000mAH) automatically power on when they are plugged in. No biggie though, me and the kids caught on quick. I highly recommend this product.
