Are Small Personal Air Conditioners Good

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. It is very good to have a backup of all your files from personal or proffesional computer on one device. The greatest is that it is small, fast upload/download USB 3.0, no extra power to be attached. The cover of device could be made of rubber.

I use this not only on my camera gear but also a watercooled personal computer. The latter has radiators cooled by fans that suck in air from the outside. Despite the best filters, the fans and radiators- let alone the insides of the computer case- get dusty and hamper performance. I tried out compressed air cans but not only are they extremely ineffective (low pressure, get cold quickly reducing continuous run time), they are also quite nasty to the environment.
