Are There Different Versions Of Quickbooks Online

I found multiple versions of these online but the QuikLok SC-936 that I found on B&H photo were the best for this type of use and they work great.

I upgraded (2) NAS drives from 4TB to these 10TB versions. I saved money by purchasing from B&H instead of another online source.

There are less expensive versions of this replacement foot....but not better. Precisely machined. Keeps my 70-200 f2.8G VR tightly secured on either my Arca-Swiss type monopod or tripod heads.

There were no issues with this device unlike cheeping knockoff versions that are sold on amazon. You get what you pay for.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! There are some differences in features between the small and medium versions, but I would say that if you’re only using this for photo editing and general computer navigation the small works wonderfully. I had the medium, so I was able to directly contrast it with the small. If I had more desktop space I could accommodate a medium, but I would still get the small (and I work using two 27 inch monitors).
