Are Triple A Car Batteries Good

Pretty good. It also charges triple A batteries as well. 5 |

WOW, does this thing hold on tight! And it's crazy versatile. It's also much heavier, and stable, than it looks. They say the Triple is about 2lbs, and it's every bit of that. I was actually kinda surprised. (But then I also didn't look at the weight specs...only what IT could hold.) Attaching one of my GoPros doesn't even make it flinch. LOL It CLEARLY weighs more than any action cam. So I decided to REALLY give it a test...a DSLR. I attached the Triple to the side of my car...and then one of my Canon 5D IVs...along with a 16-35 f/2.8. O_o Held on like a champ...and I drive a sports car with VERY tight suspension. (Read: feels EVERY bump in the road, unlike a luxury car.) Worked flawlessly. Yes, it was bumpy...so is my car. LOL But that's a simple enough fix in post. A gimble could probably solve that, but a gimble that can react to a highly strung little two-seater is far more than I pay for Adobe Premier in a year... I gave it 5 stars...but in reality there are a handful of things that I WOULD change... 1st, the option of a 3/8's screw instead of the 1/4-20 so that a small ball head could be attached. I use RRS plates/L-brackets on all of my cameras...having the ability to an Arca-Swiss head fastened on the mount would be ideal. And well within the weight limits. 2nd, a dedicated tether attachment. Even though I trust the mount, especially after my DSLR test, it would be nice to not have to improvise when attaching a tether or two. I use two, one for the camera & one for the mount. Overkill perhaps, but I don't need thousands of dollars worth of gear bouncing down the street if I get it wrong. Overall I am VERY pleased with this mount...and it gives me a stoopid grin when I transfer the video to be edited. 5 |

Recently purchased the Delkin triple mount for a series of in car scenes. It is extremely versatile with the ability to mount on car and/or any glass. I was using a Sony a7sii with a series of Xeen lenses (35, 24 and 14) and it was more than able to handle the weight while the car was driving. The third arm allows for this extra stabilization and in turn gives the user a plethora of creative shot opportunities. Hope you find it as useful as my team and I did! 5 |

This is a very useful product, the triple mount adjusts very well to the surface of the car. The only thing I would change would be the weight it is on the heavy side. 5 |

The Fat Gecko Triple Mount is an excellent tool to get some very creative shots. It can help create cinematic imagery at a very affordable price! The locking mechanism is sturdy, and definitely strong. I tested it on the outside of my car window while driving, and the camera never moved. However, slapping $2,600.00 onto the mount and trusting it to stay is pretty scary. Although, I have no doubt the mount will hold its grip and not drop your camera, I had a much more comfortable ride just simply attaching the camera to the inside of my car, so that if it fell it would at least fall into the passenger seat instead of onto the pavement with other cars rushing behind me. 5 |

The XP9R is a great utility flashlight to own for around the house or in your car safekeeping. It's about 5 1/2 inches in length and feels good in the hand weight wise. Like all of my Coast flashlights it has a good comfortable knobby grip so it's easy to handle in the rain or when your hands are cold and wet. I use ZX850 rechargeable batteries in mine which is great that I don't have to keep batteries around for my flashlights to chew through, have enough tv remotes and such to do that. The battery does last longer than expected, can't estimate how long but I use my lights daily for short 10 minute walks at night with my dog and I'm constantly scanning the wood line perimeter making sure I see any skunk, coyote, raccoons or possum so I can avoid them.....I have gone a few months in between charges. I do recommend keep a spare ZX850 or two so you can swap the batteries out and not be down your light. The light broadcast is great, I get about 40 to 50 yards I feel of good narrow beam light or can switch quickly to an area splash light with about a good 12-15 ft coverage of the ground. I highly recommend the XP9R for keeping in your car and around the house. It is a little on the large size to be an in pocket carry light or tool bag/box light....for that I'd highly highly recommend the XP6R for a 4 inch light that is lightweight with great light broadcast light the XP9R but is a little easier to misplace. 5 |

Triple 'A' batteries are light and simple to replace. The instruction booklet is excellent! Read it and practice until it it's second nature. Once learned the use is infinite! 5 |
