I had a 500 GB M2 drive lying around that I bought just for gaming on Windows using my deep learning Linux box. It was fun to see what the latest GPUs are capable of in the graphics department, but then I realized that I don't have time for that and turned that drive into the biggest, fastest thumb drive I've ever known. 5 |

The Apple 14 MacBook Pro with M2 Max processor has been fantastic so far. Nice keyboard and sound, sharp display, quick and long battery life. Compared to my old Macbook Pro 13 with an Intel processor, this machine runs circles around it and doesn't even need to be plugged into power to do it. I was a bit worried about compatibility with the ARM based processor and some of my software but everything I use has worked either natively or with Rosetta 2 which has been seamless. 5 |

This keyboard works well with the new Apple iPad Pro 12.9 inch (M2) tablet. Connects well and the magnets are strong enough. Apple Pencil attaches and charges with no problem. I like the security loop for the pencil. Love the backlit keyboard. Makes the tablet a little heavy and thicker but all that is to be expected. Great to type on. Well worth the money and the protection of the tablet. 5 |

If you have a keyboard and monitor available this is a cost-efficient way to get the Apple SOC (M2) performance. The only irritation is that Apple insists on putting the power button on the back (same as for the macStudo) I guess to make the front look nice - but the Mini is most likely to be placed in a hidden spot. 5 |
