So far is the best Multi-Region Blu-ray Disc Player AND DIGITAL MEDIA PLAYER ever I had. Excellent quality, works Perfectly with my Sony TV Easy to set-up....A little bit pricey But the Perfection has its price.! I would definitely recommend to a friend without hesitation! 5 |

I already had the VLC media player ap installed on my windows 10 laptop, so when I plugged this into my USB port straight from the box, it was recognized and functioned immediately. If your computer doesn't have a driver, Transcend provides one free, but you must download one in order to use external drives--perhaps that's why some users claim their player wouldn't work? 5 |

Having owned a LOT of media players over the years, the latest was a Minix 4K player. It was great until the Shield arrived. The Shield is lightning fast at everything. The game streaming is the added bonus. Add Kodi to the mix and anything 4K plays on this device. I've only had it about a week or so but I think this will be the best media center for a LONG time. I'm yet to try other features but what I have tried is amazing. Even the gaming is great. If you need a media player that is lightning fast then this is the one you need. It is super small (the 16gb model) I went for the 16gb model (as you can add external storage if needed, all my data is on a Synology NAS) 5 |
