I am an entomologist and I bought these 20 x 56 binoculars to observe bird predation of insects with as much detail as possible. Birds are important biological control agents of pest insects. These are a little big but still well within a convenient size for carrying with other research supplies. The magnification at 20x is just what I was looking for as opposed to 10x etc which just didn't allow enough close up detail. I can give up some of the field of view associated with 20x for the magnification I need for close up observation. The good light transmittance is as expected with contemporary Nikon Monarch binoculars. I had considered purchacing these binoculars last year and the ones I examined were not armored as are these with rubber coating and lens protectors. The ones I got from B & H are armored, making them bigger, but obviously protecting the optics better.

There've been no issues with the board. Windows O.S. setup was really easy as the board provided the needed network drivers to get started. The armored PCI slot feels much more solid than the non-armored ones used. Using a card bracket and this board the giant 4070TI card feels rock solid in place. Would recommend to anyone looking for an Intel board.

i purchased this to run in a drop ceiling in a large building. i didn't want anything to hurt the fibre, so i wanted it armored. (I EVEN ACCIDENTALLY RAN THIS CABLE OVER WITH A SCISSOR LIFT!!) this armored cable is a beast! THIS CABLE DID NOT WORK FOR ME AT FIRST! i was sweating bullets trying to figure out what was wrong! i called their customer service and figured out quickly that they are manufactured as CROSSOVER cables. i had to pop the plastic duplex connector off one end and swap the two fiber cables. then all worked beautifully! LOVE THE PRODUCT!

This scope performs well. Not on par with the very best, but for the price an insanely good value. Well built and armored. Arca-Swiss foot is a big plus. Works well for viewing birds at a distance that would be impossible with binocs. Zoom diopter makes it easy to locate birds, then zoom to get a close view. I would buy it again.

Relatively easy to install (putting the connector on the armored cable was tricky, though). Works well and reliably, excellent quality.

6 months later it's on 18hrs/day, no problems. If you still need VGA, this will work well for you. Good color out of the box, no complaints.
