Arris Router No Internet

I have Comcast internet and I was using a arris modem-router with a lot of connexion problems, slow internet, lost of connexion, etc. I decide to buy the AC1900, it is expensive, but so far it resolved all my internet problems without change my Comcast plan. The setup was very easy and all my devices work much better, even I am using an range extender (also netgear) and works perfect. I highly recommend this product.

I got this to replace an ARRIS SURFboard SB6183. Comcast increased my internet speed and advised me to upgrade my modem. This is modem is excellent. Installing on Comcast was horrid. I couldn't get a human on the phone to give them the new MAC address. I have a Linksys EA8300 router. I had to reset the router to get it to work with the modem - bug ugh.

No cons. it works great for my cable internet and with the nighthawk router

Since having our new router, our internet service has been amazing. No more lag time and interruptions. A wonderful product.

I bought this cable just to have a more stable internet connection from my main router. It work perfect. No more drop signal during zoom meetings.

I was looking for an Omada router that supported 2gb internet speeds. This product does the trick! No issues upgrading from the 605 router. Internet has been solid at 2gb.

Don't make a mistake!! I was stuck between purchasing either an Arris or a Netgear for our recent internet upgrade, which I planned to pair with my Google mesh router. Normally I always go with Netgear but this time getting a Docsis 3.1 means a much higher price regardless of brand of course. So I was back and forth because Arris had a way more competitive price. However, I know I made the right decision to pay a little extra for the dependability, quality, and power Netgear demonstrates...especially after my own service provider steered me away from the lesser quality and cheaper choice!!!

having used an Arris model previously which, despite the great increase to my Internet speed allowed by the Comcast, the overall speed at my laptop remained minimal. so when i installed my new Nighthawk AC1900, like wow, did i ever see the Net speed increase over 100%!!! the functioning of the unit has been smooth, steady, and most impressive. i am pleased to have made this purchase!

I was using an Arris (Motorola) modem/router combo. It was constantly disconnecting me from my Comcast internet service. Comcast Tech came to the house, boosted the signal and ran a new coax from the pedestal to my house. Same thing. I bought the AC 1900 over two weeks ago and have had no problems. The speed is much higher than with my Arris and the range is much greater also. Installation was super easy on the Comcast website. This is a great product and I highly recommend it. I am using this with my new Arris S33 modem on xfinity's (up to) 1200Mbps service. Xfinity delivers 800 , and I get 400 wifi from the router, throughout my two story 2300sf house. The router is located centrally on the second floor.
