I'm mostly happy with it. As with another reviewer (different size, but same Hawke lineup), I experienced the magnification arrow moving if you turn the magnification too far in either direction; it doesn't stop, it'll keep going and move the whole piece. It's annoying and can be a hassle to get back into place securely, but you get used to it, and given the optical quality at this price, I can't complain too much. 5 |

I bought a used Lenovo W510 laptop which had a combined headphone/mic jack. Nice computer, but I wanted to use it with Audacity to make digital recordings. This unit is inexpensive, plugs in and works just great. Small enough to carry it in the bag with the laptop. 93 dB s/n ratio gives clean, quiet recordings. Recommend to anybody who gets a computer with combined headphone/mic jack. 5 |

Was converting a little used 11.6 Lenovo laptop from windows 7 to a chrome book. I had problems getting the lenovo to recognize the usb Sandisk that I had put the Chrome recovery software on. Had read to try another brand of USB stick so I bought this Transcend 16 GB drive and the Lenovo recognized it right away. The installation went well and we kept it out of a landfill. 5 |
