Art X 12 Midi Master Control

I needed a MIDI fader -- just one -- to help with the operation of an iPad app (Luminair) that controls LED lighting using DMX. The app is very well thought out, but it can be difficult to dim the Master output without inadvertently hitting another control (like the Black Out Button). Using a MIDI controller for the Master was the solution, and the nanoKONTROL2 was the least expensive option I could find. Bonus -- it has 8 faders plus a bunch of other MIDI controllers and switches. All I needed to make it work was the USB camera connector for iPad. No configuration necessary other than to tell Luminair to learn which knob or fader I am working. Now I can use the Master fader as well as change intensities on 7 other fixtures with those faders. Just what I needed, and then some. For under $ what more could you ask for?

I have two 12' Manfrotto Alu Master air-cushioned light stands that I lug to every shoot. I'm usually on location so having lighstands that fold flat and stack is super helpful. This bag was obviously made with those stands in mind so is the perfect dimensions. The quality is not luxury but is pretty tough and certainly worth the price. With my two lightstands, there is still space to pack my folded octabox in the bag too. Very happy customer.

this my second Sigma Art Lens and the 24-70mm is my favorite focal length . I have had this length in Nikon lens for years, This new version from Sigma has been heavily compared to Sony'S G Master version and found to be equal to the G Master which is twice the price, The Sigma is sharp and extremely well built as is all Sigma lenses. The build and feel of the lens gives me feeling of confidence and compliments the outstanding performance. if you are considering a 24-70mm lens for your Sony check the reviews.

I use the product to control Ableton Live and Reason and it is spectacular! It lets me have great hands-on control, the keys are amazingly expressive, the drum pads are great, and sliders are awesome too. This is for sure a great MIDI keyboard and easily compares to any MIDI keyboard out there. One con though is that the encoders are a little loose feeling, but it's not bad once you get used to it.

The Korg nanoKontrol Studio is one of the USB MIDI keyboards certified for use with a Sound Device MixPre 10ii recorder. It connects to the USB-C port of the MixPre, and is automatically recognized and configured. The faders and start/stop controls are marked and permanently configured, as are the record and mute buttons. The dials control the trim, low cut frequency and pan settings, depending on the selected scene. It's all very straight-forward for real time control, superior in every way to the tiny knobs and endless menus of the MixPre.

For the price, the korg sq-1 can't be beat. I can use this to control all my synths including a Moog sub phatty, arturia minibrute, kawai k1 and a korg volca beats. Its compact, sturdily built and can be used with both midi and cv. It comes with 2 aa batteries (it can be powered by batteries or usb) and a midi to 1/4 input converter. I only wish it had come with some patch cables in order to readily be used to sequence via cv. I made the mistake of assuming it came with and i had to run out and buy some. Otherwise i am very pleased with the sq-1 and would highly recommend it.

Does literally everything you could want in a midi utility device including midi over wifi with no noticable latency, advanced midi translations, and up to 30 usb port extention to stack and rout all of your midi usb devices, you can control it remotley with a computer, ips device or rasbery pi, I programed my rasbery pi to control the system with all of my bomeboxes and comuputers sending and receiving midi, all of midi device are accessible by any other midi device or computer on my studios network, truley a gamechanger!

using this to control Resolume Video software playback with midi controls. Does just what is needs to. construction is a bit lightweight, but this will stay in one location all the time, so durability not as much of an issue.
