I'm a professional voice over artist and I have an adjustable desk in my booth so that I can choose to sit or stand while performing. I needed a sturdy mic stand to clamp onto this desk for my U87. This machine replaced the aging NUC5 on my wife’s desk. I set it up with enough DRAM and storage that she should be set for another eight or nine years. Very smooth assembly and software setup, great performance on the usual office apps, extremely quiet. 5 |
