Astro A10 Gaming Headset Original Cable Volume Control

My kid wanted a better mic to use while gaming on his p.c. and didn't want a headset mic. He freaked out when I got him this. It improved his online interactions. With the mic volume and headphone volume plus output right on the mic I felt like we could not go wrong for the money. It came with a stand but we mounted it on a boom arm so it wouldn't be on the desktop and pick up any sympathetic vibrations. All in all, it exceeded expectations.

I use the headphones as a monitor of Church Video/audio Recordings. The headset volume control connected to the wireless system is perfect for my needs.

So much better than the original Roku stick! Can control the volume on my TV and the on/off switch' The picture is incredibly sharp! Many more apps to be able to add for additional channels! This new design rocks! Thank you Roku!

I like that my new roku has the volume control on the remote so i only need one remote.

Using it for a TV without a headphone jack or volume control using a RCA cable Y-adapter. Works well. No complaints.

I use the headset mic, not a lapel mic. I use the upgraded 2mm cable which constantly popped out of the original headset cable clip. This Tie Clip is much sturdier and the cable does not pop out of its holder so for that use, I highly recommend it.

I use the A10 as a studio light AND an on camera flash. As a studio light, I didn't think being able to control my A10 flash through the ProfotoControl app like I do with my B10s was going to be a big deal. But frankly it is a game changer! Having ALL my lights, big and small, controlled through the ProfotoControl app allows me to use the right sized light for each situation. One small example is combining the A10 and B10 for portraits. Using the A10 to add a background light, or an edge light for separation, is perfect when working in small spaces. For my architecture work, the control saves tons of time fiddling with power output of an A10 placed in obscure locations to add just the right pop of light to a space. Once you start using the A10 you'll wonder how you lived without them! I've only just begun to explore using the A10s with my smartphone through the ProfotoCamera app. Connecting my A10s was really easy and it was fun to shoot well lit images with the smartphone. It's not something I use often, but I can see how it could be useful and I'm finding more ways to do so. Especially when the image delivery needs to be instant! The A10 has a ton of features and is a great addition to my lighting kit!

I enjoy the reliability of Profoto flash products and the A10 does not disappoint. I have the original A1 and it is still performing flawlessly so when I needed a second flash unit it was an easy choice.
