Astronomy Photography Equipment

I have two! I use them for my photography equipment.

I've actually bought 3 sizes for my astronomy equipment. One for mount tripod, one for telescope and one for spotting scope tripod with panning head. All sturdy, well padded, and cost effective compared to specialized cases. Very pleased with Ruggard cases.

I have several of these that I use as holders for small Li-Ion battery packs on Astronomy equipment. They are well made and hold the equipment securely.

One of the best astronomy investments I ever made.

Really using my new EOS Ra for astronomy, as it was built for, but figured I'd get some use out of for general photography too. Didn't want to spend a bunch of money, and have been very very pleased. It does what I wanted and the money was right.

I use these legs for astronomy with my 100mm refractor. It's my grab and go scope. Of course I also use the tripod for telephoto photography. The three position angle lock works perfectly and is solid as a rock. The legs are a bit on the heavy side but not excessively so. Highly recommended!

I decided to get into a little astronomy photography. This glass is absolutely perfect for that scenario. It seems as though at low f stops the Clusters on zooming seem to be a little coma but otherwise this is fantastic glass for the price. It does very well at lower f/stops for landscape.

I use it for astronomy photography. It is easy to set up even in low light condition and it's stability make me rely on my tripod so that I can concentrate on framing and focusing. It deserve intense care as much as my other gear since anything that goes inside the ballhead is hard to clean.
