Heavy,sturdy unit ..( just ) Holds my 17 ASUS ROG laptop well ... I still sandbag the back leg for good measure. sliding mouse tray small but functional ...For the price this is well worth it .

My Asus rog strix scar edition gaming laptop didn't come with a optical drive so I bought this as a replacement and it works awesome super fast and ready to go out of the box I would definitely recommend

I am learning to enjoy my ASUS 15.6 Vivobook. It is a replacement for my nearly 14 year old laptop that has seen better days. I am on a limited budget, but I didn't want mediocre specs that would be outdated in 6 months. I do mainly internet browsing, some productivity work (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.), some low intensity gaming, and on occasion some video editing for my socials. Bottom line - You should probably get one while qtys and pricing are good. Pros - It has the specs I wanted (i9 CPU, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD) at a great price. More than enough computing power for gaming, casual internet browsing, and the occasional homework/essay. It included FREE 2-Day Shipping - I am on the West Coast. Screen colors are vibrant, keyboard is keyboard-y with backlit keys. The laptop itself is not the lightest out there, but is hardly the boat anchor ROG ASUS I still own that is on its last legs. It's offered thru a reputable dealer. Cons (ish) - Only 1920x1080 resolution and no touchscreen. I haven't really encountered any other negatives so far. It's been a while since I purchased MY own laptop. To be transparent, I have helped recommend and even purchased several laptops over the years for my family and friends. My previous-current laptop is a still-running ASUS G51J (i7 CPU 1st Gen, 6GB RAM, 500GB 2.5 HDD) - battery doesn't charge, but still works plugged in. I purchased it from B&H also circa 2010. Being a frugal tinkerer myself, but wanting the best value for my budget, I researched and compared several buying sources including big box stores, national (U.S.) retail chains and even Amazon, but I still chose B&H. Even though I am on the West Coast, I still found value in the products they offer as well as the service and buying experience. Did I mention FREE 2-Day shipping from the East Coast (NY). I have had the monitor for about two weeks now. Shipping time was great - only took one day to arrive on the east coast. Like all Asus products, the monitor is packaged very well and it is easy to assemble. No dead pixels, the monitor has thin bezels. I mostly use this monitor for gaming and it is great for fast paced FPS games like Apex and COD. I was able to overclock to 165 Hz with no issues. Coming from an Asus 25 2k 60 Hz monitor this is a big upgrade for gaming. It would have been nice to have a USB 3.0 port in the I/O, but I understand Asus usually reserves those premium features for their ROG brand. The TUF Gaming series is a great middle ground for those that want value and performance without spending an arm and a leg on a ROG monitor. Highly recommend especially if you can get it on sale.

Asus ROG is the leading edge in competitive gaming technology. I have used their products and I have used other brands, I always come back to Asus. There is a quality and standard that you just will not have with any other brand for a reasonable price. Not only that if you ever have an issue with your product that is not obvious mistreatment, they will back there product with outstanding warranty and service.

I cannot find anything wrong or lacking this motherboard! My first gaming PC and this is the backbone for the Asus ROG 4090 and I cannot be happier!

My son just put together in a system with an ASUS ROG Strix X570-I Gaming Mini ITX AMD Motherboard, 32 GB Memory, 2 tb NVME. Used his old 2060 Video Card since still can't get the 3080 and still the machine seems incredibly fast compared to his old i7-9700. Windows installed in minutes and his Oculus Rift S runs smoother than ever. In the past it seemed the Ryzen 7's were lagging behind the i7's but does not appear so anymore. Big fan, highly recommend this CPU. 8 Cores - 16 Threads and just a beast of a processor!
